A small family owned and operated company out of New Mexico makes this cutlery with meticulous knowledge of metals and blades. They are then sent to Maine where a woodworker hand inlays all the wood patterns. Each piece is one of a kind.

Recommended Care: After use, wash the blades with soap and water, wipe down the handles with a soft cloth ,and dry the pieces before putting them away
